Hello and welcome! I’m Sarah-Jane, a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for helping people move, feel confident, and enjoy exercise.
I specialise in fitness for beginners, older adults, and individuals with medical conditions, but I love teaching anyone who wants to have fun, release stress, and get their body moving!
I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and skilled at providing adaptations for all fitness levels, making my classes welcoming and inclusive for everyone. My goal is for every participant to leave feeling a sense of achievement, uplifted and greater confidence in their abilities.
I teach a variety of community-based classes including Exercise to Music, Aqua Fitness, Sit Fitness, Outdoor Strength Training, and Mat Pilates. I offer 1:2:1 Personal Trainer for Pilates and Functional Strength training. Whatever your starting point, I’m here to support and guide you through your fitness journey.

Set to music you know and love from the 70s through to the 00s, with party lights and glow sticks to bring the energy, this class features Sarah-Jane’s own style of easy-to-follow choreography.
Designed to help you feel good, uplifted, and leave with a real sense of achievement.
You don’t need to be a dancer or have great coordination — just come along, have fun, and enjoy the vibe.
Each class feels more like a party night out than a workout, burn calories while dancing, smiling, and letting go of the day.
